Barry's Clinical Massage works to eliminate tightness and pain by softening and loosening stiff, trigger point laden muscles.

This practice uses light, moderate, deep & super deep tissue massage along with trigger point work on tight muscular knots & tendons. Broad smooth deep Swedish glides are woven into the massage adding stretching, percussion, oscillation, cross-fiber friction and muscle compression.

Note that specific areas of concern can be addressed with detail to that area  to assure relief from discomfort.

Targeted areas can include the neck & shoulders, low-back, rotator cuff, hip-flexors, glutes & sciatica, hamstrings, scars (such as from C-sections), IT Band, knees, calves, achilles tendon, plantar (foot) fasciitis, arms, wrists and hands.
