Barry's Clinical Massage works to eliminate tightness and pain by softening and loosening stiff, trigger point laden muscles.

This practice uses light, moderate, deep & super deep tissue massage along with trigger point work on tight muscular knots & tendons. Broad smooth deep Swedish glides are woven into the massage as well. Additionally stretching, percussion, oscillation, cross-fiber friction and compression are often added.

Note that specific areas of concern can be addressed with detail to that area  to assure relief from discomfort.

Targeted areas can include the neck & shoulders, low-back, rotator cuff, hip-flexors, glutes & sciatica, hamstrings, scars (such as from C-sections), IT Band, knees, calves, achilles tendon, plantar (foot) fasciitis, arms, wrists and hands.
